&lt;p&gt;Simplest possible setup. I create a few Grease pencil objects. Add keyframes to them. Then to not animate all the keyframes, and make it look like animation and not a still picture, I add a noise modifier to the grease pencil object. The result is a line boil effect.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;For speech I use &lt;a href="https://aistudio.google.com/generate-speech"&gt;google ai studio&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
For sound I use ElevenLabs (haven&amp;rsquo;t run out of the free credits yet.)&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
