This privacy policy applies to the Carrom Strike app (listed as "Carrom Strike: Disc Pool" on the App Store and "Carrom Strike: Board Game" on Google Play, hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Aayush Lamichhane (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free, ad-supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

When you first open the Application it creates a guest account for you on the Service Provider's game server. No email address, name, phone number or password is asked for. To run that account, online matches and leaderboards, the Application stores the following on the server:

• A random account identifier and a random install identifier generated by the Application (used to sign you back in as the same guest; it is not a hardware or advertising identifier)
• Your in-game profile: display name (generated, or chosen by you and filtered for offensive words), chosen avatar, frame and striker, level, experience, coins, gems, rating, wins and losses, and the items you have unlocked
• Results of online matches (players, winner, rating change and the shots played) and daily gift / rewarded-ad claim counts
• Your device's Internet Protocol address, as part of normal server logs and rate limiting. Server logs are deleted within 30 days and are not used to locate or profile you

Your display name, avatar, frame, level and rating are visible to other players in matches and on the leaderboards. There is no text or voice chat; players can only send preset emotes.

On your device the Application keeps only your sign-in token, install identifier, a cached copy of your profile and your settings. On Android this data is excluded from cloud backup and device transfer.

The Application does not use an analytics or crash-reporting service of its own, has no in-app purchases, does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device, and does not ask for your contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

The Application shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game coins. To serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and diagnose problems, AdMob may collect information such as:

• Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, only if you allow tracking; Advertising ID on Android)
• Your device's Internet Protocol address and approximate (coarse) location derived from it
• Device type, operating system version and app version
• Interactions with ads (for example, ads viewed or tapped)
• Crash and performance diagnostics of the ads SDK

You can reset or delete your Android Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads).

Where required by law, the Application shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested, and you can choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. If consent is not given, ads are not personalized, or are not shown at all where ads may not be requested.

On iOS, the Application asks for your permission before your device's advertising identifier can be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized, and the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• Google AdMob
• Google Play Services

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider keeps your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time inside the Application: Home > Settings (gear) > Delete account. This immediately and permanently removes your profile, identifiers, coins, gems, items and rank. If you cannot open the Application, see how to request deletion or email [email protected]; such requests are completed within 30 days. Records of past matches are kept only with your identity replaced by "deleted", so they no longer identify you. Server backups containing deleted accounts are overwritten within about 14 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to its processing. You can change your display name and delete your account in the Application, and you can make any other request by emailing [email protected].

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so the account can be deleted.

Data between the Application and the game server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / secure WebSocket). The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
